We provide surface flatness, verticality, and deviation analysis in Dubai and across the UAE using high-accuracy 3D laser scanning. Walls, columns, floors, and slabs are captured as a dense point cloud, allowing us to measure real geometry and identify misalignments, bows, and surface irregularities that are hard to confirm with traditional spot checks—especially on large areas and tight timelines.
From the scan data we generate color-coded deviation maps and clear measurement reports to verify construction tolerances and support QA/QC decisions. This deliverable is used for contractor verification, handover documentation, renovation readiness checks, and technical problem-solving on active sites in Dubai and the wider UAE.
