DERVOSS is a reality capture and Scan-to-BIM team based in Dubai, delivering laser scanning, point clouds, as-built drawings, and digital twins for architecture and engineering across the UAE.
We’ve been operating on the ground in the UAE for the past 3 years, backed by 15+ years of professional experience in surveying, BIM modeling, and as-built documentation for complex, fast-moving projects.
Our role is to turn real-world conditions into reliable project data. We capture existing geometry with 3D laser scanning and drone LiDAR, then convert it into clean deliverables that designers, consultants, and contractors can use immediately.
From the first site visit, we focus on clarity and control. We define scope and accuracy, capture the site efficiently, process the point cloud, and deliver outputs that match your workflow, whether that’s Revit, CAD, BIM coordination, or approval submissions.
DERVOSS supports renovation, fit-out, brownfield upgrades, and new construction verification. When manual measurements are risky or slow, our scanning-led approach reduces surprises, change orders, and rework on site.
We also provide specialized surveys when projects demand more than geometry. This includes utility mapping with GPR, concrete scanning for safe drilling and coring, thermal imaging for building diagnostics, and QA/QC deviation reports for tolerances and alignment.
For media and real-time workflows, we capture locations for cinematography, VFX, and Unreal Engine. The result is a scale-true digital environment that can be used for virtual scouting, matchmove, and production without repeated access to the site.
