We provide pre-demolition 3D laser scanning in Dubai and across the UAE to create a complete digital archive of buildings before they are removed or redeveloped. By capturing the full geometry as a high-resolution point cloud, we preserve key architectural features, structural layouts, and spatial proportions with accuracy that traditional photography or manual surveys cannot match.
The resulting digital record can be reused for historical documentation, VR/AR experiences, training and safety simulations, design references, or future reconstruction and redevelopment planning.
