We provide laser scanning and Scan-to-BIM for oil and gas facilities in the UAE, supporting brownfield engineering, retrofits, and expansion projects onshore and offshore. High-density 3D laser scanning captures the true as-built condition of platforms, plants, pipe racks, equipment areas, and access routes—critical when drawings are outdated and site conditions cannot be interrupted.
From the point cloud, we develop accurate BIM models (typically LOD 400–500 as required) for engineering design, clash detection, and constructability planning. This workflow helps teams coordinate structural, piping, and MEP changes, reduce rework, and execute modifications safely—while minimizing operational disruption across Dubai and the wider UAE.
