We performed façade 3D laser scanning in Dubai, UAE to produce accurate elevation drawings and a detailed 3D façade model that captures real-world deformations and irregularities. This is especially important for high-rise buildings and complex architectural façades, where traditional access methods are limited, time-consuming, or unsafe, and where restoration or retrofit decisions depend on true as-built geometry.
In addition to laser scanning, we developed a proprietary façade crack documentation method based on phototrigonometry, allowing us to fix and map cracks with consistent scale and position across large surfaces. The result is a reliable façade dataset for restoration planning, technical assessments, and approval-ready documentation in Dubai and across the UAE.
