We carried out apartment 3D laser scanning on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, to capture the exact existing conditions before renovation. Using high-accuracy terrestrial laser scanning, we recorded the real geometry of walls, slabs, openings, ceiling heights, and all site deviations that are often missed by manual measurements—especially critical in premium residential towers where fit-out tolerances are tight.
Based on the scan data, we produced a clean point cloud and reliable as-built documentation, including 2D plans and sections, ready for interior design, coordination, and construction planning. This workflow reduces rework, prevents costly on-site surprises, and supports approval-ready deliverables for renovation and fit-out projects in Dubai and the UAE.
